Under the direction of Linda Brown, Managing Director, and Diana Chrissis, Sr. Project Manager, Human Resource Leaders' team composition reflects the complexity and specific requirements of the hiring activity. In addition to deeply skilled internal staff members, we are able to draw upon specialized resources and Subject Matter Experts in all aspects of the search process.

Linda M. Brown

Linda is the Managing Director of Human Resource Leaders. She directs the firm's research and recruiting activities. During the past decade, Linda has conducted and directed hundreds of searches for the firm. She personally conducts senior leader recruiting while providing oversight of research operations and administrative staff. Her team of recruiting and research associates conducts searches with a structured, focused, client-centric model. Linda's corporate experience includes key executive roles in the Professional Services and Life Sciences industries. She has held strategy, operations, business development, and human resources/administration roles and has total profit and loss experience. A native of Wisconsin, Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Diana I. Chrissis

Diana is the Sr. Project Manager of Human Resource Leaders. She has responsibility for the firm's research and recruiting activities. Diana oversees strategy, implementation, and research in support of business development, operations, and marketing. Diana's corporate experience includes key executive roles in the financial services technology industry. She has held business development, strategic account management, and operations roles. Prior to joining Darlington Partners, she was Vice President of Marketing and Relationship Management for Fiserv CBS. Diana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College and a Masters of Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Diana is an executive board member of a philanthropic organization and enjoys playing golf and tennis.
